American pop star, Beyonce, has given birth to twins, according to media in the US!
Entertainment Weekly, Us Weekly and People magazines confirmed the news, but the date of birth and gender of the babies are not yet publicly known.

Before singing her version of Ed Sheeran’s ‘Thinking out Loud’, she narrated to the judges and audience how her love for singing began. ‘I want to share my voice with AGT. I was in a plane crash when I was 16 years old, which took the lives of 107 out of 109, which left two survivors. I was one of the two survivors.” Responding to Simeon Cowell’s question on how she has managed to deal with the trauma, she said, “Lying down in the hospital bed with bandages from head to foot, music was my escape and that’s why it means so much to me.” (Watch the emotional video after the cut)

The body of the first female Muslim judge in the United States', Shelia Abdus-Salaam, 65, was found Wednesday afternoon in the Hudson River near Manhattan, in New York. The Israeli Government has been forced to postpone a National election for Britney Spears' concert in Tel Aviv, her first non-US tour since 2011. The American singer's tour performance scheduled for 3rd of July, the same date Israel’s opposition Labour party was to hold their National Election, saw the political party move their election to 4th of July so it doesn’t clash with her concert.

In a Statement issued by the Labor Party’s Chairperson, Isaac Herzog, he explained that the Election is being ‘delayed by one day because there is a major event at Yarkon Park on July 3, 2017. That ‘major event’ is clearly understood to be Britney Spears' Concert.

The Women from Assin Fosu in the Central region of Ghana, are pleading for leniency for male prison inmates in the region. Some of the women, in an interview with Adom News, revealed that majority of them are seriously single and are being pressured by their families to marry before the end of 2017, a situation which is now causing them to sleep with married men.

In the wake of the recent xenophobic attacks in South Africa, a group of Niger Delta Militants have threatened to blow up major South African investments in Nigeria such as Multichoice (DSTV), MTN, Shoprite and 16 others if the Federal Government fails to shut them down within one month.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, yesterday, asked Nigerian youths what would their generation do to make Nigeria a better place. According to him, although his generation had failed Nigerians in some area, it cannot be denied that his generation brought about the Unity of the country. Big Brother Nigeria: FG orders NBC to investigate why show is being held in South Africa.

The Federal Government has directed the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) to investigate the circumstances surrounding the reported shooting of the ongoing Big Brother Nigeria reality show in South Africa.

In a Statement released today, Tuesday, January 24, 2016, the Minister of information and culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, ordered the NBC to determine whether Multi-Choice had breached Nigerian Broadcasting Code in any way by having the show in South Africa.

11-year-old girl gang-raped twice by 'seven' underage boys in India!

An 11-year-old girl was gang-raped by seven boys, aged between 14 and 16 years, in two separate attacks in her village of Mawten, India. The first attack took place in a field in December 2016 and the second attack took place on January 13 2017 at her home.

The seven boys, who have all confessed to the crime, are believed to live in the same village as the victim.

RCCG Issues Serious Warning to Church Members About MMM, Other Ponzi Schemes!

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has caused a stir after issuing a warning that it will henceforth take disciplinary action against church members who use the platform of the church to promote Ponzi schemes.

The warning was issued by the church in a memo addressed to pastors in charge of regions and provinces, by the General Secretary of the church, Pastor Johnson Odesola, on Wednesday, January 18th.
