After series of postponements, President Muhammadu Buhari today, commissioned the $1.457 billion Abuja-Kaduna rail services. The inauguration, which was well attended by senior government officials also saw thousands of Nigerians troop out to see the President as the president rode the train from Abuja to Kaduna.
