Former Congressman, Joe Walsh, threatened Obama and members of Black Lives Matter after 4 Dallas cops were killed by snipers during a protest in downtown Dallas, in the wake of the 2 black men killed by policemen. It appears the true meaning of his tweets against a sitting President have dawned on him and he is now explaining himself via Twitter. In some countries, he probably would have been arrested.
