Sierra Leone's Deputy High Commissioner to Nigeria, Maj-Gen. Nelson Williams, has been reportedly kidnapped in Kaduna. According to the Chairman of Nigeria Human Rights Commission, a ransom of N44m is being demanded. His driver is also missing.
